When does the course start and finish?

You can start the course immediately after signing up. It’s always available, so you can learn at your own pace. And it never disappears – you get lifelong access.

This means you can study with your current partner or alone, plus with any future soul-mates that might appear.

“Lifelong access?” you might say, “what happens when you stop offering this?”. Here’s my promise: If we ever shut my course down for any reasons, you will get an opportunity to download all the materials beforehand. We want those teachings to stick around forever. So yes, lifelong it is!

How long will I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you will have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.
What if I join and then decide it’s not for me?

Some decisions in life are irreversible. This is not one of them. If you are super excited and join the course now, but realize in a few days that you don’t like what you bought… no problem. Just shoot us an email within 30 days, and we’ll refund you 100%. No hard feelings!!

If you are unsure, we encourage you to simply give it a try. If you don’t like it, the money will be back on your Credit Card before you even notice.

Will this work on my computer/tablet/phone?

Yes, this course works on any device that has a web browser. All you need is internet access that is capable of streaming videos. That means it works great on smartphones (iPhone, Android and more), tablets, laptops, etc.

What shows up on my credit card statement?
Of course we want your purchase to be discreet. The credit card (or PayPal) statement simply says “Omooni Courses – Teachable”.
Where can I log in to my Course?

Welcome to our tribe, we’re excited to have you here.

You should have received a Welcome email from us, with all the instruction on how to start. Did you check your spam folder, it might be in there.

Now, let’s try to help you out accessing it.

  • Go to http://courses.omooni.com and log in in the upper right (the email and password you chose during checkout – if you forgot your password, click “forgot password”)
  • You can now see the course you purchased at http://courses.omooni.com and access it there.
Why do I have to pay VAT?

It´s important for us to be transparent, therefore we would like to share with you some information about the VAT.

The EU passed a law that requires companies to charge VAT for products (including digital ones), which is our case since we offer the online courses.

You should see the amount adjusted on the checkout page before you complete your purchase, so you can see the extent of the VAT.

Please bear in mind, we can’t estimate the VAT Amount before since it depends on the location of the buyer.

The video doesn’t work on my device!

Sorry to hear you have trouble watching the videos on your device.

Our Courses and Workshops replays can be watched on all devices. The only exception are Live Workshops which don´t work with iOS devices.

Please try the following:

  • Make sure to access them with a fast internet connection that is capable of streaming videos
  • Make sure that your browser is up to date: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ (we recommend using latest Firefox or Chrome)
I would like to have a refund!

We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel the course. As it is a deep desire of ours to support people on their journey, we would like to know a little bit more about the reasons why you would like to stop the course. If we know more, we can assist you with finding the right course for you or help make your learning journey as smooth as possible.

We respect your decision of course and we will refund you the full amount if you feel strongly that this is not for you, but you do have a 30 day trial period, so we want to encourage you to take advantage of all the amazing content that the teacher is sharing with the world.

If even after all that you still feel it’s not the right course or the right time for you, do let me know and we will gladly set up the refund for you.

My Credit Card was declined!

We are happy to see you would like to enroll to one of our Courses!

If there was a payment issue, usually, a card is declined for one of two reasons:

  1. There are insufficient funds in the account ( which you already checked)
  2. The credit card provider (bank) has put a restriction on your card (which they sometimes do for online or foreign transactions, for your protection). To avoid such situation, we recommend that you call your credit card company or bank and double check with them of why the transaction was declined before trying to purchase again.

Alternatively, credit card transactions are sometimes declined because of other reasons, including:

  • The wrong CVS is entered (the three numbers on the back of the card)
  • The wrong address is entered (the zip code / postal code especially)
  • The credit card is expired

You can try to use another browser, like chrome or firefox to try the process again. Clearing the Cookies of your browser can often solve the issue if the decline was caused by browser issues. Of course, you can also enroll through PayPal if you choose the one time Payment.

I tried to sign up but it says my email is already taken!
If you already have an existing account at Omooni, you need to click on sign in instead of sign up during the registration process. You can see the screenshot below so you know what we mean.

Please try the process again, in case you still have problems signing up, do not hesitate to reach out to us!

The Masterclass video is not working!

Let’s troubleshoot together!

  1. Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Try to access the Masterclass with a Wifi network and connect again by refreshing the Page.
  2. Try to use another browser, we highly recommend using Chrome or Firefox.
  3. Make sure your browser is up to date. You can check this here https://www.whatismybrowser.com
  4. Is your OS updated? If video/audio issues are common on your system, you might want to consider updating your operating system. These articles will help you for Windows Updates, Mac Updates, the iOS Software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, and Android Updates.

I can’t log in to the Live Session/MasterClass!

If you can’t log in or the “magic” link is not working, you have to either change the browser or refresh the page. Please make sure you are logged in or that you are using the right login details.

On our end, everything was working from the moment Teacher went live so you will see a full replay.
